Valentine’s Day Massacres…

Valentine’s Day traditionally is known for love and romance. However, in 3 different years on February 14, massacres of untold mayhem created much fear in the hearts and minds of many.

On February 14, 1929, the infamous St. Valentine’s Day Massacre happened in Lincoln Park in Chicago. The incident was a result of a struggle between the Irish North Side Gang led by George “Bugs” Moran and the Italian South Side Gang led by Al Capone. This incident has never been fully resolved but the next incident I will go over has interesting correlations–That being it happened on the same date, in the same state, and in a year when the stock market crashed.

On February 14, 2008, the NIU shooting occurred at Cole Hall with a former NIU graduate that was attending grad school at the University of Illinois, shot and killed 5 students. 17 were injured by gunshot wounds and the shooter ended his own life. The shooter was enlisted in the army but never made it through basic training due to his mental illness. There is more to be said about this incident and someday a whole section of a book may cover some of the untold matters.

On February 14, 2018, The Marjory Douglas Stoneman High School shooting occurred in Parkland, Florida. 17 people died and 17 more were injured. An interesting side note is Anthony Rizzo, who plays for the Chicago Cubs, attended High School there. His teammate, Kris Bryant, is from Las Vegas where another massacre happened 4 and a half months earlier. Mere coincidence or were these locations possibly targeted because the Cubs won their 1st World Series in 108 years, 6 days before a controversial presidential election?

Consider today is 3 years from Parkland, 13 years from NIU, and 92 [9(1+1)] years from Lincoln Park and one could see a pattern with this particular date and 3 separate incidences that do share similar tragic events. Instead of living by fear, we should remember the victims and perhaps consider the perpetrators as useful pawns in a more elaborate scheme designed to cull the sheeple…

Here is a new video I produced and will be part of a playlist that will be released on March 2 this year which will be all 10 songs made into lyric videos. Click the image below and enjoy…
