FBI Private Contractors Accessed FISA Information…

In the 99 page opinion memo written by Judge Rosemary Collyer of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, she mentioned the inproper disclosure of FISA information where private contractors working on FBI storage systems had access to this information. The timeline of this impropriety appears to be between October 2016 and March 2017. This of course is only a crumb of corruption, however consider the following:

When this opinion was written and published in late April of 2017, James Comey was still the director of the FBI. He was fired in early May of 2017. Is this coincidence? I doubt it.
